Empaths are a gift to humanity that unfortunately humanity has neglected. Empaths are the bridges between every space, gap and social need our world has. Their abilities to understand beyond the understandable provides the people around them an opportunity to achieve and thrive. Empaths are the intuitive healers and nurturers of humanity, but only if we allow them to thrive among us. The sad truth is many empaths find themselves isolated at an early age and learn to not just neglect their gifts but to actively ignore them to fit into modern society. This is the biggest mistake humanity could ever let happen, in a time where misunderstandings and poor communication have resulted in so many injustices around the world today. This book wants to help humanity take the first step in understanding empaths and embracing their importance among us. You will learn
- What exactly an empath is
- The many different types of empaths there are
- How to identify each type of empath
- The special gifts of each empath
- What each empath needs to thrive

Empath Harness Your Gift and Thrive as an Empath (Audible Audio Edition) April Stone Amanda Bolton Books Reviews
I would recommed this book to others if they to struggle with understanding why they can go from up to down in minutes of being around certain people. I also am a peacemaker so this opened my eyes as to why I am not aggressive or assertive to certain people that drain me.
In regards to information, it was informative, yet I don't know if it's correct because I don't have anything to compare it to, since I'm not very knowledgeable at the moment on being an empath.
It was a little difficult for me personally to read because it referred to the untrained empathy as a man. I feel it would have been easier if the author just talked to me directly, using 'you', rather than 'he' or 'she'. With the exception of the last chapter, which did talk directly to the reader.
The other thing that kept throwing off my attention was having 'the untrained empath' in practically every sentence. There were also some grammatical errors as well.
Putting those things aside, how do I feel in being an untrained empath? A little attacked? I'm not sure why...I just felt that there was a lot of negativity toward the untrained empath. Yes, he's overwhelmed with emotion and it can be damaging to himself, but the end result of it didn't feel like an optimistic note, it was like don't hang out with energy vampires, avoid them, but you can't avoid yourself. Lol I don't know, again, having untrained empath in every sentence really ran into into the ground that you're an untrained empath.
I feel if this had been reworded a bit, as well as the grammatical errors corrected, it'd be some decent information.
I felt the author genuinely was trying to help the reader with the knowledge they had and I felt there were many warnings to help the untrained empath, in order to assist in teaching the reader HOW to do this and why it was so important.
Conclusion - knowledge good, delivery could use some work. )
It's not what i expected as far as content.

I like this book because this book wants to help empaths take the first step in understanding and embracing their importance among us. Good!
