I've been following Meggie Royer on Tumblr for almost a year now, and I was not surprised that her book was going to be beautifully daring. Meggie has a way of taking what you believe in most, and opening up new worlds and words to make you understand more thoroughly on why you feel that way, or why you should feel that way. Also, she helps you understand that everyone should be allowed to love anyone, no matter what. Meggie is a beautiful woman, and her words are mystifying. If you have not read any of Meggie's poems in the past, I strongly recommend this book. Even if you have read her words before, I still recommend this book. But I don't have to recommend it in that case, because you most likely have already bought it.Product details

I originally discovered Meggie on a blogging site called tumblr. I am a writer myself and I always looked to her blog to find inspiration. She has a beautiful way with words. And it's comforting to know that she has gone through some experiences that I have as well.
Such beautiful poetry for such a young author. I had the pleasure of discovering Ms. Royer through her blog and am sincerely happy I did. Her poetry is simultaneously startling and familiar. It is easy to understand and feel a part of. I am extremely glad I chose to purchase this book instead of simply borrow it from the library. I will read this book again and again for many years to come.
Meggie never ceases to amaze me with her elegant way of writing. 10/10 recommend. Every line will leave you breathless and make you see things a way you've never before. One of my favorite writers to date.
The book arrived in perfect packaging and only three full days after I had ordered it!
I have not read any of the poetry yet, but as I have been following Meggie Royer on her blog where she posts poetry, I can guarantee that all of these poems will be quality!
Probably the worst book of poetry I've read in the last decade, which is saying a lot.
Let me first say that I really, really love this author. This book was a bit lacking for me. It was very short, and I felt like some of the poems were repetitive and lacked substance. She is amazing, and I will continue to support her work, I just felt like this book was a little too hyped up for me.
I do not give 5 stars.
At least not until today.
